It would depend on the purpose of the fund. Generally no decisions are made by investors, investing less then $50,000 USD. Other investors may help through discussions if they desire.

In the United States, to be considered an accredited investor, one must have a net worth of at least $1,000,000, excluding the value of one’s primary residence, or have income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or $300,000 combined income if married). Reach out to us so we can discuss this matter or if you think there may be an issue.

There are certain regulations in place that must be adhered to and so that we may only do business with people who are qualified the minimum investment is $10,000 depending on the fund.

If anyone knows anything about residual income, it is our organization. We have methodologies that make financial sense and only get into a transaction when we are certain the results pan out profitably. Many organizations will not take input or consideration from the investors. We do, as we believe more heads are better than one. But in the end, people who do this for a living, who depend on the success of the fund are the decision makers, individuals with proper training, diligence and dedication.

We have our own deal flows, aside from that, we don’t wait around to have them submitted. We most certainly create them ourselves. If we invest in it, the money will come. But if you feel you have something outstanding available, reach out to us to review it. Please take no offense if we do not get back to you. It doesn’t mean the transaction was a good one, it may just mean that our interests don’t align.

Investor funds typically make up 30-50% of the whole transaction. Lagron’s Capital uses its own funds, funds of The Manager, or other financing means to partake in deals.

This means that there is greater potential upside for the investor, just the way it should be.

Depending on the fund invested in, returns can range as low as 8-15% a year on the low end, and have multiples of 2.5x or more on the higher end.
